At Just 25 Weeks, A Tiny Baby, Weighing Just 13.1 Ounces, Was Born.

A girl who was born micro-preemie miraculously lived. Her father’s wedding band fits on her finger like an enormous bracelet because she is so diminutive. When Kallie’s mother learned that she was measuring small during an ultrasound, she went to the hospital. The hospital reported that end diastolic fluorine, a disorder that causes a shortage of fluid around the fetus, is also present.

She only weighed 13 ounces at birth and was shorter than a Barbie doll. She was born prematurely at 25 weeks. Despite Kallie’s small stature, she more than makes up for it with grit and tenacity. She survived, even though her dad’s wedding band could be wrapped around her arm like an extra-large bracelet. Kallie, who was among the tiniest infants ever born in Arizona, overcame the predictions of medical professionals who informed her parents that she could not survive. After being born 15 weeks early, Kallie Bender stayed in the hospital for 150 days.

Ebonie was “scared” when she was born, the woman claimed. There is too much anxiety about the future. After giving birth, Kallie started using a breathing machine to assist her. She needs to learn how to feed because she is intubated. Kallie is a successful heart procedure for a patents arterios arterios arterios, a heart condition among newborns as ears, in addition to being a micro-preemie. Kallie is doing well right now and is a healthy 7 pounds. Mom, Mrs. Bender is overjoyed. She said, “She’s a girl from Feist. Bittersweet for departure. But she is a wonderful little fighter, and I’m looking forward to seeing what character she will bring to our family.

At the age of five months, Kallie was finally allowed to leave Phoenix’s St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center under the care of dignity health. For a little period of time, Kallie will still require an oxygen mask and a feeding tube. Even though Bender says bringing her baby home is bittersweet, she is thrilled to leave the NICU. “We have gone so far and come here every day, I see people every day and I will miss seeing those faces,” mother Ebonie Bender said. However, it’s nice because I’m no longer need to travel on this route. I’m incredibly appreciative to the doctors here and our three main nurses. They are here because they adore Kallie and look out for her every day.
